The team

Liat Hoffman
CEO Click Association
- Liat Hoffman holds a B.A. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has rich and diverse professional experience.Read more
During her career, she has managed complex operations for suppliers and customers, both in Israel and abroad, while operating several interfaces simultaneously.
Liat specializes in providing technical service and support to customers, training and implementing advanced software, and managing customer relationships in large organizations, with an emphasis on professionalism and personal attention.Liat is also a graduate of the Adler Institute’s senior citizen studies, where she acquired in-depth knowledge and tools for guiding and guiding seniors and their families.
As part of her work, she helped seniors and their families deal with the challenges of aging and improve their quality of life through personalized guidance.For several years, she managed the “Hod Center” a center for leisure culture of the Click Association. In her role, she initiated and managed cultural, social, and recreational activities designed to improve the well-being of the community’s veterans and create a supportive, diverse, and enriching environment for them.
Today, Liat serves as CEO of the Click Association, leading the association’s activities with a vision for initiative, innovation, and empowerment of the elderly population, to expand the services offered to them, and to create a supportive and strong community for them.

Ruth Krochmel
Founder of the "Café Europa" club

Mazal Sabag
Director of “Savi” Center

In her role, she accompanies and supports activities tailored to the needs and abilities of the participants, believing in the enormous contribution of employment to preserving a sense of self-worth and vitality in old age.
In her professional background, she is a certified early childhood teacher, but since 1996 she has dedicated her work to working with the elderly population. Over the years, she has held diverse and central roles in this field, including her role as coordinator of the “Giora” club of the Click association. Her rich experience working with veterans allows her to initiate, plan and implement innovative projects tailored to the changing needs of the elderly population, while creating an embracing and empowering, environment for each participant.

Vered Beer

Vered Beer has been walking a rich, diverse professional path for more than three decades, driven by a deep passion for people
She began her journey in the world of tourism, where she managed marketing and customer relations at a tourism and aviation company for about 24 years. She built connections, marketed dreams — and, above all, learned to understand people
Over the years, her heart led her in a new, deeper, more meaningful direction: the field of senior care.
Vered didn’t settle for a sense of mission — she studied and expanded her knowledge: a master’s degree in family and couples counseling, studies in gerontology and management of institutions for the elderly, and organizational consulting. All of these provided her with precise tools to fulfill her vision
In recent years, she managed an adult day center and took part in leading, organizing, and implementing internal organizational processes
Vered brings with her a combination of heart and experience — strategic thinking paired with a warm, personal approach.

Sigal Maayan
Director of “Merkaz Hod”
- Sigal manages “Merkaz Hod” – a center for cultural enrichment for retirees and third-age adults.Read more
In the past, she established and managed a customer service center for the Central Bottling Company Group and played a significant role in leading a comprehensive organizational process to improve service perception.
Sigal is a graduate of a mediation course from Goma College and a certified coach by the Israeli Coaching Bureau.
Throughout her experience, she has specialized in coaching managers in organizations, with an emphasis on improving interfaces and internal organizational service.

Ronit Shtrasberg
Director of the “Nizanim” Club

Subsequently, she founded a business designing Judaica products, which continues to operate successfully to this day.
Since 2010, she has been involved in teaching and guidance for a wide range of populations and ages, including schools, kindergartens, people with special needs, and seniors. For three years, she served as an employment instructor in assisted living, and since 2015, she has coordinated the arts program at the “Beit Yakinton” day center.
Today, she manages the “Netaim” club, drawing daily satisfaction and joy from her work, which allows her to give, strengthen, and empower the club’s members.

Yael Nahushthan
Recreational Activities Coordinator, "Merkaz Hod"
- Yael is a graduate of “Shenkar” College in textile design, a jewelry and accessories designer, and a goldsmith.Read more
Today, she coordinates workshops at the “Hod” Center – a cultural and leisure center for seniors – and teaches classes in the fields of creativity and art.
In the past, she managed the “Giora” Club of the Click Association for 18 years, doing so with great dedication and love.
Yael views her role as a mission and a great privilege, and strives to provide the club’s members with quality time in a warm, pleasant, home-like environment.

Orit Glicksman
Director of the “Golan” Club
- Orit worked at the Ministry of Education for 34 years, managing a kindergarten for children aged 5–6.Read more
In addition, she has guided and mentored students in early childhood education at Beit Berl College for over 20 years.
Orit holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed) in Early Childhood Education from Levinsky College and a Master’s degree (M.A) in Jewish Thought from the University of Haifa.
Today, Orit leads a variety of creative activities at the club, including art, crafts, sports, and music, deriving great satisfaction from the shared experiences with the club’s members.

Ilana Rubinstein
Director of "Neve Naaman" Club

Upon her retirement, she joined the Click Association as a volunteer and began giving lectures in community clubs. Throughout her work, she discovered her special connection to the world of older adults, which led her to take on the management of the “Neve Naaman” Club.
Ilana sees her role as a true calling in service of the senior community. She places great emphasis on creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere in the club, with the aim of allowing its members to enjoy themselves and experience joy during every visit.

Tami Mazor
Director of "Cafe Europa"
- Tami is a trained social worker. She previously specialized in the field of elderly care at the Jerusalem Municipality.Read more
She has been volunteering for five years at the “Beit Yakinton” Senior Day Center in Hod Hasharon.
For the past three years, she has also served as the coordinator of “Café Europa,” a club for Holocaust survivors in Hod Hasharon.
